Energy design

Energy use optimization is a must for CSA studio‘s for both new buildings, building renovations and energy refurbishment. The high level of integration between the various specialist disciplines that contribute to the definition of architectural work as a whole, are what characterize CSA’s energy design. The main strength of our methodological approach lies in the iterative harmonization of the instances in matter of energy underlying the “building envelope” and “plant components” of the building (HVAC), with the aim of achieving the best reasonable result, comparing sought out energy saving expectations, with management skills and work maintenance plans that the client is able to put in practice.
