Among its many projects the founding members of the CSA studio can proudly boast the dozens of real estate units which include building renovation projects or the extension of existing housing units for home use, work and entertainment. The client’s role in these interventions is essential, for he will be the one to give priority to the designer’s work, whose mission regards the choice of the kinds contractor’s work that must be included in the specifications, the research of materials, the design of custom made finishing trims, the plan for materials and colours, furnishing and décor; furthermore it regards the activation of a contest criteria that the various contractors or suppliers can handle with awareness, that is what leads to cost containment, control of the work in progress and fulfilment of all the regulations, which nowadays is always more and more complex.
