Building assessment and conformity assessment to required standards

When it comes the necessity to certificate that a real estate property is fully operational, for example to the transfer of ownership, it becomes more and more important to check its conformity with the building acts and its compliance with regulation standards.

Therefore both archival and on site surveys are necessary in order to verify the conditions of the property, and at times later measures that may allow the compliance with standards, as the preparation of updated projects for the acquiring of the necessary certificates, or the rebuilding of parts of the construction. This process can be extremely complex because it can involve the simultaneous fulfillment of past standards (conditions at the time of realisation) and of current ones.
