The aim of such surveys is to “photograph” the existing situation in order to determine any impediments for the continued use of a property and/or its possible transformation or regeneration. These surveys are important and essential in particular in those situations where the boundary between maintenance works and a makeover is minimal, as it would determine a different, economic scene, use and timeline.
