In addition to its many activities, CSA studio is also appreciated for its expertise in both technical and economical appraisals. Technical appraisals include expert surveys carried out for legal disputes and aimed at determining the suitability of a building or property in terms of its use, as well as the expert reports concerning any changes made during construction of projects. The economical surveys, are those aimed at giving an economical value for a fiscal and/or commercial purpose. In the case of dispute it is very important to be aware of all technical problems in order to avoid having to deal with the legal issues and in the case of the sale of a property it is important to have an accurate assessment of a property in order to allow for an easier negotiation process and a better evaluation of the investment opportunities that the property offers.
